It is no secret at all that I am in love with picnics. Eating outside, reading a good mystery, laughing with friends. I am planning on spending my entire summer just like this.
Peach Caprese Recipe;
Ingredients
- burrata (I used two bulbs)
- two white peaches
- two yellow peaches
- balsamic vinegar
- olive oil
- fresh basil leaves to taste
- cracked pepper to taste
Recipe
- Slice the peaches.
- Layer the peaches and basil.
- Place the burrata in and pop!
- Drizzle with the balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
- Sprinkle on the cracked pepper.
- ENJOY + serve with rosé!
- My current favorite is by Natura wines!
It is literally only like $9 a bottle and found a big variety of grocery stores.
Notes
- Peaches brown! Serve immediately.
- I love using both yellow and white peaches- they have such different flavor!
- With fresh recipes like this, that use minimal ingredients, it is important the ingredients are high quality. Don't be afraid to splurge on good balsamic and olive oil!
- Same with the Burrata!
