After the passing of summer, on the cusp of fall. Hot days and cold nights. I recently attended a dinner party with new friends. I brought this set-up along with me. Burrata with peaches and cherries, drizzled with honey, and sprinkled with almonds. Brie wraped in pastry and baked with cranberry apple chutney (recipe for Baked Brie Here). Incredible cheddar. Figs and dried cranberries. Paired with Apple Blossom Cider fermented with honey.
