Okay candy corn... love it or hate it? I definitely have a love hate relationship with this Halloween Candy! What makes it all love? Baking it into fluffy chocolate chip cookies! Read on for my recipe!
Ingredients;
1 cup of softened unsalted butter
3/4 cup of granulated sugar
1 cup of packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp of baking soda
3 cups of all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup of Candy Corn
1 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions;
Preheat oven to 350 F
In a stand mixer cream together the butter and sugars.
Add the eggs one at a time, then the vanilla.
Until smooth.
Add the baking soda.
Add the flour a half cup at a time.
Incorporate the candy corn and chocolate chips with a spoon or by hand.
Line baking sheets with tin foil or parchment paper.
Scoop the cookies onto the sheet.
I made two dozen.
Bake for 12 minutes.
Enjoy!
^ If the candy corn hit the pan they melt, so funny looking. I had to share!
