The other night I hosted and photographed an FPMe Rooftop Party on Nicole's roof in Brookline. With stunning views at sunset of all of Boston it was the perfect venue. I crafted babies breath crowns and butterfly crowns for everyone, we all dressed up in our favorite Free People party ready threads, and sipped on my new favorite Late Summer Cocktail. The Perfect Summer Send Off.

How to make the perfect Late Summer Cocktail - Late Summer Sunset;
All you have to do is pop a popsicle into a jar and pour over with your favorite bubbly! Mason Jars are perfect because they fit the popsicle rather than a champagne flute! I prefer using multi colored popsicles to make the cocktails look like sunsets, but you can honestly use any popsicle. I used champagne, but for a virgin version feel free to use sparkling water or sparkling cider. Yum!
