Ever since I was little I would lay in the grass and weave dandelions or daisy's in and out of each other making a crown of greens and flowers. It's really rather simple, but so lovely and so I figured I would make a little DIY in case you never learned, or need a bit of a refresher!
Start by picking a dandelion, but don't cut the stem too short.
Make a hole with your thumb not too close to the flower, maybe about an inch down.
Pick another dandelion and thread it through the hole.
Trim the first stem about an inch past where you cut.
Repeat these steps to make a long chain of dandelions.
When your chain is long enough to fit around your head, cut a slit in the last dandelion
Thread the head of the first dandelion through this slit.
And then you are done, a lovely little gypsy dandelion crown.
Oh and for a fun DIY tutorial on these bunting flag nails, be sure to check back or follow on Bloglovin'!

The crown is beautiful. Dandelions are so pretty, and we work so hard to remove them from our yards. Why is that?

aw I used to do this all the time with daisies to make necklaces when I was younger. I never even thought about doing it now for a flower crown, what a great idea. Your nails look really cute too :)
