What is better than brownies? S'mores Brownies.
What is better than S'mores Brownies? Halloween Themed Ghost S'mores Brownies. 

Ingredients;
-1 box of traditional graham crackers
-6 tbsp butter, melted
-2 tbsp sugar

-1&1/4 cup sugar
-3/4 cup and 2 tbsp cocoa
-a pinch of salt
-10 tbsp butter
-1/2 tsp vanilla
-2 eggs
-1/2 cup flour

-marshmallows
-ghost peeps


Recipe;
-preheat oven to 350°F.
-line a square baking dish with tin foil.
-In a food processer grind down 2 cups 
(a little less than 2 sleeves) of traditional graham crackers. 
-add in 6 tbsp of melted butter, 2 tbsp of sugar.
-pulse to combine.
-press graham crackers into the baking dish.
-bake for 10 minutes

-set oven to 325°F.
-In a mixing bowl;
-combine sugar, cocoa, salt, vanilla, and butter.
-fold in each egg separately
-stir in flour
-40 strokes
-pour the brownie batter over the graham cracker crust.
-bake for approx. 18 minutes.

-set oven to broil
-slice marshmallows in half and arrange on top.
-broil until golden brown.
-remove from oven, and arrange ghost peeps on top, while still hot.
-let cool and enjoy!

-I (loosley) used this brownie recipe above, however you can use ANY brownie recipe that you like!
-I think it would also be fun to use fluff instead of marshmallows, and a kitchen torch to toast.
