After a fresh snowfall we woke up to our little Maine looking like a frosted gingerbread house, or a shaken snow globe. I did Maryam's hair in a braided crown (was quite the change braiding her healthy, short, and thin hair, compared to my long, thick, and rather unhealthy hair!), and took these photos of her in my favorite spot, a little path in the woods in our backyard surrounded by birch trees and pine trees.
