Champagne on my visit to France this year
2012. A year full of ups and downs. I learned so much about my self this year, and had so many new experiences.

Highlights include;
-Graduating High School
-My unforgettable trip to Europe with Clara
-Taking some of my beautiful friends Senior Photos
-Starting over and starting College in Boston
-And of course, starting blogging!

2013.
In 2013 there are a few things I am aiming for.
-I want to be happier, spend more time on learning to be happy with my self.
-Improve my Film Photography
-Take more Senior Photos and Portraits for Friends and Family
-Do more DIY projects (and post them here!)
-Continue blogging and improving on Infinite Style

Have a wonderful evening everyone, have fun and be safe! Best wishes for the new year!

Edie Sedgwick

"It's not that I'm rebelling. It's that I'm just trying to find another way."
"Keep that superlative high just on the cusp of each day so that I radiate sunshine."

Edie Sedgwick. Socialite. Factory Girl. Heiress. The poor little rich girl. So beautiful and alluring on the outside, so broken on the inside. Glamorous on the surface, a mess underneath. Her story is iconic as well as her style. Part of what makes her so intriguing is her head turning beauty and tragic life cut short at 28. Her style is inspiring even still today. Lacey lingerie, body suits in black and cheetah, over sized shirts and coats, fur, chandelier earrings, costume jewelry. Her short hair styled sleek or tousled, her 60's make up, her playful personality,

Italian Christmas Eve

Ravioli1

Ravioli2

Biscotti

Gelato

I am exactly half British and half Italian. British on my mom's side, Italian on my dad's. Every Christmas eve my father, who adores cooking and baking always does Italian food. In the past he has gone down to the North End in Boston to get food, but in the more recent years he has made everything from scratch. This year, for dinner we had homemade ravioli, Sausage, Lobster, Spinach, and Sweet Potato, with freshly shredded parmesan cheese. The only meat I eat is chicken and turkey, so I had the Spinach and Sweet Potato. For dessert he made homemade biscotti, and bought gelato at a local Gelateria. Yum.

Winter Fur

Christmas day, late in the afternoon before a dinner of Thanksgiving food (my favorite!) Maryam and I took some photos out on the road. She just chopped off all of her hair and she looks like Emma Watson slash Edie Sedgwick slash Audrey Hepburn. It's great. Also, fur vests are my new obsession.

I'm wearing grey high waist pants (that are a size or two too big), a beige crop top, and a fur vest all from H&M. As well as my go-to Franco Sarto lace-up wedge boots.

Christmas Crackers from England

For gifts for my roommates, I decorated chocolate filled mason jars to fit their personalities.
I painted my nails Christmas Sweater patterns.
Spent time in the snow, so beautiful, there isn't any in Boston yet, but there is so much here in Maine!
I made and decorated gingerbread and sugar cookies to give as gifts (and eat of course!).
Played with Hannah's adorable new kitten.
Drank apple cider and ate rosemary bread toast.
I have been literally living in Fair Isle and Striped Warm Socks. (I have about a dozen pairs)
And at Christmas Dinner we popped open Christmas Crackers from England.

I hope everyone is having a lovely holiday season, filled with people they love.

Tis The Season

Christmas time at Fanueil Hall, with Michelle, Abby, and Jenny.

Started off with a T ride that was so full we were literally up with the conductor.
He was the nicest man and we talked the whole time about what it is like driving the T.

We happened to be there while a light show was going on set to Christmas music. After a bit of  Christmas gift shopping, we drank Starbucks hot chocolate and ate warm soft pretzels while looking at the lovely lights.

Typical Boston with the most lively and fun street performers, these two were awesome with their makeshift drums.
